Anybody having trouble with payoneer?

Guys I e-mailed these dudes and they didn't say shit for about two weeks now. I received a blocked card at first, then the issued spare card that was supposed to arrive a few days later never showed up in the box. I tried to contact them through the "Contact Us" page twice, but all I get is the automated e-mail saying they received the request.

Is there something like a Fast Track way with this? Because "Nissim" in here (BHW) seems to be long way gone. I tried to check his last post, he probably somewhere eating chicken, unless otherwise. Kinda making me feel like these guys went for a holiday in the middle of September.

Don't email them - try their live support. I applied for their US Payment Service and didn't hear back from them for weeks. Then I got on the live support; couple of lines and the next day my request was approved. Never had any other problem with them apart from this.
