how you have a lot of money to pay m workers if you're scraping more than 10k?
 
You can maybe use saveddit for bulk downloading videos. That's all I got for you, otherwise just code your scraper or ask a dev to do it.
 
You can relatively easily code one up with AI if you have coding experience. It just depends on what you want to scrape.
