Any users here that using Hooligan Media Ad network??

My friends, can you explain is this good network to work with? A member @Razen666 recommended and told me many guys using this Ad network. Is this a good network to use? Kindly give your experience, I need to use that too based on that reply of yours.
I have some travel blogs and another Adsense projects currently going on. Is this Hooligan network owner in here? If yes please give his detail to contact him.

Is @se900se the owner and I am pretty happy at the moment with, I work for less than 1 month with them but all good till now, I am still testing it. BTW, is CPM, not CPC, so you need some traffic.

Seems ok but withdrawal is net 60, so need to wait 60 days until after minimum threshold before getting paid.
Until then can't say if is a good network or not as might not get paid.
CPM seems reasonable, customer support is good also.
Sometimes emails don't send so not sure if they have replied to you or not.
Assuming that they will pay then I think they are a good network.

yes, it's good. I get around 0.40 - 0.70$ with 300-400 users per day. Niche is entertainment

Hooligan - ads don’t slow the site, ads lost most of the item wont say 100% but higher than other network as seen on client site.

I won’t call it a con but if you they could include sticky footer ads, and video ads for all their members it could compete with all bigger player’s. Net 60 is fine it’s the standard.

do I think anyone should join definitely I would recommend them

That is an impossible question to answer. And any answers you get you shouldn't use as a guide. CPM's are so dependant on so many factors that it's impossible to give an estimate that is useful for anyone. I've heard of people getting 0.05 CPM and people getting really high CPMs. You just have to test it yourself.
