Any twitter automation posting tool including hashtags?

Does someone know about any twitter automation tool (totally free) that has the option to add hashtags in the posts?
I've been using for years dlvrit, but everytime has been taking off more options for free accounts. Currently I can post only 3 times a day and without included hashtags. I'm looking for something like the dlvrit pro plan but free. If would let me post only also 3 times a day it's ok for me as long as let me add hashtags in the post. Thanks.

I am not aware of any complete twitter automation tool that is free. Am not even aware of libraries that you can use that just require some pipe code to connect it together (like exists for ISG). As you say, crippled free versions of pro tools may exist, but they are crippled as to be annoying and just used to funnel you to the pro version.
