How do you train your VAs?

Let's say you want to train them for link building or keyword research. Do you create a guide from scratch? Is there a secret VA training material stash somewhere?

I think custom made screencast video are the best so that it can fit your process exactly.

If you have the time to train your own VAs and a way to ensure that they won't leave after a month then coaching them 1 on 1 is the best way to get them to know what you want.

Hmm thanks. My issue is time really, and also that I'm not an expert at some tasks, so I can't really teach them myself (I would need to take the time to learn first, and then show them).

I'm guessing that's the only way though. Well either that or pay top dollar for an already trained VA lol.
