Any tool that can post multiple links one by one to multiple subreddits?

As the title suggests, is there any tool that can post multiple links one by one to multiple subreddits?

I had one developed but I have lost it somewhere in my pc. Otherwise, I could have given you.
There are no publicly available tools atm. Your best bet is to hire a developer and get it coded. It should not cost more than $200.
