Hey guys,
I have been doing the "automated" PPC for amazon and am looking for some tips or tricks to make it better. Basically I dont allow any more than a 20 cent bid on most of the products. This results in an extremely low impression rate but keeps the ACOS under 20%. Essentially I'm trying to keep the ACOS under 20% while increasing the impressions for relevant keywords. Any ideas?

download the report and start using negative keywords with KWs for expensive Acos

Cool that's a really good idea, so the ones that dont convert or have above my ideal ACOS put in negative keywords so they dont show. Is there any way to find good keywords, low competition that I can use instead of using the "automated" feature? Or is the automated PPC feature the best for me at this point?

I use merchant words and Helium10 keyword tool to find long tail keywords.
Get the report and choose the best converting keywords with first page bids.( manual campaign)
Make 2 campaigns 1st broad type keywords 2nd phrase type .
Negative keywords are already explained

Find long tail keywords and run an Exact type campaign for them .

Pay for the auto or pay a black hat service for ARAP report for you. Either way you need to pay for data or test for data (by paying)

I have the same question, What is ARAP? I have having serious issues with My amazon PPC auto campaign. 1st day products arrived, sold 4 packages. Been 6 days now, no more sales. No reviews nothing, Bidding almost $2 per click on auto campaign, get about 4,500 impressions a day with only 23 or so clicks, no sales. I am trying to get a few keywords for a manual campaign but not getting enough clicks to see if the key words are any good

I used merchant words to compile a list of 1000 keywords. The manual campaigns have been doing well actually, I'm gradually increasing my bid on the keywords while keeping an eye on the ACOS. Hoping to increase the impressions by doing this. Thanks for your help guys.

Merchant Words, Helium10, Google KW Research are the three tools I use. Run Broad & Phrase PPC campaigns for 7-14 days depending on KW performance, then take best performers and create Exact campaign with them at higher bids. Also I prefer Headline Search Ads for certain products because you can advertise more than 1 product (if you are Enhanced Brand Member), performs well for some and not so good for others, just have to test. KW that have high ACOS drop them and throw them in the negative bin.

Another great way to create PPC campaigns is do your research on competitors. Whoever is winning the ads for your product's KW, take their ASIN and go to AMZ Data Studio to download their entire PPC campaign. You can also get backend KW, which ORGANIC KW they rank for etc.

This method is much better than automated campaign imo, you have competitor's proven PPC campaigns that work, along with their rank for each organic KW and etc.

Use Viral Launch Chrome Extension or the Jungle Scout one to find those competitors with highest rev for those KW and take their campaigns.

According to me, Try to make the manual campaign for high sales then you can gain unlimited sales with effective work of Amazon PPC optimization.

Create a manual campaign, try to use exact & phrase match, use negative keywords

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is a method where an advertiser pays only for the advertisement that a potential buyer clicks and views the product. Only when an Amazon PPC campaign is created, managed, and executed properly, it helps to amplify the sales, and thereby, improving the organic rankings too.

How to get sales using ppc with amazon do anybody have good keywords for compression socks

Make a reserach report and add relevant keyword reserach along with negative keywords. Never forget to anaysis dialy product report report.
