you won't really find one in the public forums... as its a bitch to crack their api/hashkeys...like snapchat its all private
do you know if i take the time to manually create these accounts using different proxies on my pc will tik tok be able to tell they were all created on the same pc?

yes. You might be able to do it via Nox but i;m not sure... as with Snapchat they can tell if you are using nox/bluestacks ect...
The best way to try is to get Nox, Rooted, Get some plugins that fake the GPS, Spoof the hardware, spoof the number ect...(i think those are now built-in) . Also, You will need proxies for this to work. You can always tether your phone(3g,4g,5g) to your pc and rotate your i.p there.

As EmailMaster says it's not the easiest but I would recommend contacting services who do provide services adjacent to the ones you're looking for because they may well be able to help you out. Otherwise the method stated above will probably serve you well but could be time consuming.
