I have the same experience, most are fake. You could look for engagement groups in your niche that are not automated. Usually you must have a certain number of followers to qualify. Read the reviews and comments to see if real people are linking each other's posts. Many of those groups give "power likes", which can be more effective than getting a lot of likes from low followers accounts.

Telegram groups are basically like farms.
People lure other people into those groups.
And they have to like the listed posts (so theirs can get return likes).
Some of those admin will place your post (for a few) so the others can like/comment.
That is why some create their own Telegram groups to take advantage of people.
