I've a client with a website that he needs promoted and vouched for in a small subreddit (8k members). Like 50 upvotes on a post is a massive HOT content in this subreddit.

I'm looking for someone cheap, who has multiple accounts with 50+ karma...who can create authentic vibe as if genuine people recommend this website.

Open to a full suite package (cheap pls) who can offer this service or "rent" me accounts that I can use to do it myself for a week and then you can take your accounts back.

You might have better luck on blackhat forums or social media marketing groups. Just be careful—Reddit’s pretty strict on manipulation.
 
Instead of renting accounts, have you considered just engaging genuinely in the subreddit for a bit first? Build some karma and then organically mention your client's site. Might take a little longer, but feels way less risky, y'know?
