Any recommendations for a free YouTube transcript generator?

I’ve tried a few YouTube transcript generators, but either they require payment or have limits on video length.
I’m looking for a tool that’s truly free.

there are few tools still fully free and no limit, u can try sites like free-youtube-transcript or freeyoutubetranscript just paste link and get full text instantly no signup needed and works for long videos also … also tactiq and transcriptstube are good simple ones if u want fast copy paste option … and honestly easiest trick is just use youtube built-in transcript its 100% free always, i use that most of time.
