any plugin for this?

basically I was curious if anyone has done or knows software / plugin that will

let me set up a user account for a specific client.

set up custom jobs/products for that client to order

the a job manager to assign jobs to users and mark complete etc?

if anyone knows anything like this or any guides or advice I would really appreciate it
