Honestly any new model phone would be fine and you want your audience to grow with you looks much more authentic. When the channel grows you can than update and make your audience feel like they witnessed your growth.

According to your budget, I tried to rec my video on Huawei P Smart 2019. Not bad. But not the best budget choice. Now I use iPhone XS for my blog.
