Apparently you need to have a sim card from the country you want your account to be associated with for tiktok to assign you that geo.

So basically buy a US sim card and pop it into your account and it should update your account to a US one (me thinks) otherwise you'll need to create a new account with a US sim card.

You can try sending smart links to others in tiktok or private letters, or hang links on the front page. This is a better way at present.

People do CPA on TikTok without problems. It depends on how you promote the offers on TikTok.
