the ting is, I am in tier 3 country, located around GR BG AL NMK SRB HR so not very much offers, for some countries not even one

Apparently you need to have a sim card from the country you want your account to be associated with for tiktok to assign you that geo.

So basically buy a US sim card and pop it into your account and it should update your account to a US one (me thinks) otherwise you'll need to create a new account with a US sim card.
