Any non-USA Person using USA Paypal Successfully ?

Hi,

I was thinking to get a US PayPal account ( stealth), I was wondering if any forum member has used it successfully for a long period of time.

I have seen PayPal account available with US Bank account, how long do they last in your experience?

I need to transfer the funds overseas, through wire or BTC, any issues there?
