any method to make unlimited yotube channels?

guys i have an huge problem, do you know a website can easly accept the phone verification when you make a youtube channel (not phone verification on google account)??
with one account i make 30 youtube channel but laters few days be banned for SPAM and can access on youtube on that account.

i try every website to make youtube subscribe and i guess later sub4sub and also use social media to spam, i guess if i wish make 1000+subs need to make youtube channel, but how you do it without be banned?

What exactly you need those accounts for? For increasing subscribers or for blackhat spam?
