Any JS Dev to integrate a js code into a blog page?

Basically, I 've read (and seen proof) of a method that allows a script to be integrated into a link, a blog post and then when shared, the chosen banners(script) appear native on the page/blog.

Does anyone know what I am talking about? Would like some help with this one, a developer's help to build it.

Basically it's a shortened link (like bit ly), pointing to a high authority blog post that has banners with "our" banners and links.
