Any of you guys know how to write programs for the apple devices?
Im trying to get into that but im having a hard time grasping Objective-C
How did you learn it? Any suggestions for books or videos?

Just a guess, but do you usually code in C#? Why not use MonoTouch then?

Yea i have looked at that before but never really considered it.
Now that I think about it, paying the $400 for that tool might be better than spending 6-8 weeks learning a new language.
Sucks how you NEED a Mac to write any apps for the IOS

Yep, thats Macs/xCode for you... Of course you could always run MacOS in Vmware or similar and develop there, but yeah, not really and elegant solution. All depends on your background too, C# was only a guess. You could try your hand at MacRuby, RubyCocoa or even Python (with some modifications).

What kind of app do you want to develop?

P.S. IMO Objective-C really, really, sucks...
