Any interest for a Blackhat Programming Class?

im interested. I'm a PHP programer but it wouldn't hurt to learn a little vb.net and imacros...

Why restricting yourself to Windows with VB.NET? I would say that Python would be a better choice.

I had this debate the first time I ran the class, bottom line is that there's always going to be a programming language that's better than VB .NET in some respect and yes Python does offer advantages such as greater portability. However, VB .NET offers better advantages to a beginner: it's ridiculously easy to learn, the managed code does a huge amount of work for you. My purpose in making the class isn't to teach computer science, it's to get people creating software - fast and easy.

I'm a programming teacher @ school + I have 10 years experience with PHP and web languages. Also I know C# too :) and SQL

Great idea, I am programming for couple of years but I still want to learn from you. especially Wordpress plugins codes.

Extremely interested. I am actually very interested in PHP if you decide to take the route :)

I know basic c/c++/c#/BASIC but I would be interested on your class. Looking to learn sending unsolicited HTTP requests!

If it's just a basic VB tutorial for beginners, then no... But if its for members who already know the basics and you focus on real-word black hat techniques and applications, then yes, we'd be interested in taking part; you can always learn something new!

Dear headspin,

this is a very nice idea and I suspect that the old participants could benefit hugely on the long run.
Do you also again have in mind to split the course into two versions - with and without one-on-one support?
Thank you in advance

I'm actually taking a VB class in my school right now.. I would be VERY interested!

Nice idea! Using .NET is a standard in Windows, but why VB? C# is far better and even more popular.
