I have accounts on https://www.omegaindexer.com/ and http://bulkaddurl.com/ both are not working for a few weeks. Can anyone help me find any other service which is working right now?

Yes, most other indexers work that take a bit longer. Elitelinkindexer and speed-links both send google bots reliably to my pages.
