why would you do that?
because i want to target all keywords
yes after i add al keywords as posts
i will edit every post and add unique content

Great, it easy then.
Basically you want all those keywords to be a post title, save it as draft then you will add the content later on.
Use below plugin and then you will have all keywords as draft

No really IMHO, just they slowly indexing the site. Backlinking will solve the problem.
