Any Idea About This ?

I started advertising on Bing redeeming their coupons. I had great success with yahoo-bing network. I had spend nearly 500 USD . It is an e-book. The email and landing page is hosted by getresponse. I got nearly 1100 visitors with 163 signups and 8 sales of 47 USD each. Then I started google adwords. But the result was aweful and totally shocking. 125 USD >88 VISITORS 1 SIGNUP and 0 sale. Any Idea about it.

I think your answer is to stay on Bing lol. It could have a lot to do with your offer. I've heard Bing/Yahoo attracts an older audience. Also more competition on Google im sure.

Keep doing what you were doing on Bing

Every traffic source will have different results. You can't expect something that preforms well with one provider automatically will preform the same with others.
