Any help with Jarvee?

I have a doubt with Jarvee that maybe it is something stupid for some, but I hope that they solve it to me.

Is it necessary to have my computer turned on, running Jarvee so that the bot is active?

You can use a windows vps if you don't want to have your computer turned on.
