I was on Reddit yesterday, and I heard about a little trick. You can translate the word "download" into Russian and Chinese. I guess the Russians are good for PDFs, knowledge, etc. The Chinese are apparently good for anything Movie/TV. So you would search for something like 'your keyword + download' (in the correctly translated language).
