What does "aren't working in the US" mean?
They don't offer US based accounts or if you use those services on accounts that are based in the US, they do not deliver?
 
There are no real followers from America; there are only accounts that look like they're from America, just copying and pasting information.
 
There's a few being advertised on this forum that work quite well. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share the names. It's all trial and error, have a test account where you can try out different SMM panel services and figure out which one works the best for your use case.

I’m using the panel at smmgo.co and I’m satisfied with it. There’s definitely something better out there, you can try it.
