Take creatine 45 min before you go,it gives you more stamina. After take a whey protein supplement. That's all you need.

    a) Don't go "every"day. go every other day, like on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
    b) Diet is 80% if you want to succeed in bodybuilding. What are your goals, your stats right now? I need to know more in order to give you proper advise.
    c) Drinking some shake won't magically grow your muscles, or let you loose bodyfat. A shake is doing nothing else but supplementing your diet. Without further knowledge about what you want to achieve (see above) it's also hard to give you advise here. You might benefit from a "weight gainer", if you want to grow. In general though I would definitely recommend a protein supplement, such as "whey protein". You'd drink that a few times a day and before and after workout as well...

If you want to learn more feel free to ask.

I would recommend reading a lot about creatine before you take it. The "Take creatine 45 min before you go,it gives you more stamina. After take a whey protein supplement. That's all you need." post above is a stupid thing to do without knowing what you're really doing. Don't take advice just like that, take everything with a pinch of salt and do your own research. Take a look at this thread:

    Code:

I don't have any personal experience but I've slowly started doing my research.

One of the best advice you can get is to first find out how your body works and how it reacts to training and food.

I will be specific and answer your question about protein only, if you have further questions please provide more details (age, weight, bodyfat %)..

For protein shake, it is ESSENTIAL to have a scoop post workout IMMEDIATELY, you will need a fast acting protein.
My suggestion? get protein shake of known brands like Optimum Nutrition, MuscleTech, Universal..

I have been using Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein for the past years, it's #1 in the world.
However, if you are looking for a protein that tastes so good then go for Nitro-Tech of MuscleTech. a bit over priced, but it does taste great!

You may also consider a slow acting protein to have it pre-bed, it's called Casein protein, I use optimum's.
Another essential time to have your protein is in the morning, your body will need a quality meal, I prefer protein + toasted oats + cashews, covers all the protein, carb and fat my body needs. ;)

For protein, use Syntha-6. It has a couple different kinds of proteins that dissolve at different paces. It has egg protein, which is absorbed the slowest, and whey which is absorbed the fastest. Due to the different proteins it contains, you can use it before, after, or before and after a workout.

If you are looking to "get pumped" I recommend NO-Xplode. IT contains creatine, nitrous oxide, and caffeine - all of which get you pumped and help you work out longer.

If you are looking to go even further, you can get Cell Mass which is a recovery drink. It's good if you get sore after workouts a lot.

The basics for a workout shake should be protein + high-glycemic carbohydrates. For protein, whey with added BCAA's would be optimal (I use Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein). For high glycemic carbohydrates, dextrose mixed with maltodextrin is good, but if you don't want to get that, anything sugary like orange juice or Gatorade would work well. Also, it's not a bad idea to add a bit of sea salt for the extra electrolytes

What are you genetics like ?

If youre 18 yo, skinny, your dads skinny, youre going to have to put in a hell of alot of hard work, years and years bro. Trust me ive been going to the gym daily for the better part of ten years, name it ive tried it, I was a skinny little white boy, not so much now.

if I want internet marketing advice, ill come to blackhatworld, if you want fitness and bodybuilding advice head to bodybuilding.com or uk-muscle.co.uk forums.

dont take advice from armchair experts whove never set foot in a gym.

When I was in jail we'd make a shake with Tuna, raw eggs and powdered milk.
Tasted like shit, made you fart like a locomotive but sure bulked you up.

Do not go Immediately for creatine, its good for pro!! if you are skinny then go for any one of BSN, Muscletech or Universal weight gainer! else same brand's whey protien with Good Diet! and if you want good muscle gain in short time period, take Anabol-Danabol (steroids) (but have side-effects, so first consult;)) with some tablets which protects the liver against various hepatotoxins (In india i use Liv-52 (Ayurvedic))!

Take high quality WPI (in Australia I take Zyzz's Protein of the Gods, it's about 90% whey protein isolate which is about the maximum you will find in a protein brand). Also consider BCAAs during your work out, mix 20g into 200-400mls of water and sip as you train.

If your looking to bulk, yes casein at night is good for hard gainers.

Off topic but in regards to your training make sure you have plenty of compound exercises and les machine work to stimulate more muscle and growth response. Range of motion in your exercises is also important.
PS what is routine, general diet, sleep
    Patterns?

    Goodluck :)

Syntha-6 is a good choice if you want to have a protein shake during the day, I don't suggest it post-workout, as I mentioned earlier you need a quick absorbing protein. Having creatine is no problem and has nothing to do with being a PRO or not,
    PROs go for testooooo :D

Besides a protein shake,to increase bulking up you can take folic acid, melatonin and l-arginine before working out. They boost the body's production of HGH.

A few years ago, when i worked out doing the summer, I took only sexual stimulants, and it bulked me up very fast. I remember the brand or what was in it. I think they dont even make them anymore.
