Looking to create some HTML pages (not wordpress). Should allow me to download the website files so i can host it on my own server.

Any good free/paid options?

Bootstrap Studio maybe, never tried it myself but seems like a nice software.

Im also go with the HTTRACK But if the website is in wordpress or you want to make it in WP then the Elementor is one of the most popular WordPress page builders available. It's a visual drag and drop editor that enables you to build a website in no time flat.

and I think it will also import the HTML work otherwise it can run the HTML code
