I'm looking to start collecting emails on my blog and want to start with a FREE autoresponder - can you guys recommend one that you've used ?
I appreciate your inputs.

I think Mailchimp will fulfill your requirements.

It's free. But the logo of the tool will not be removed from every email you are going to send.

Not only this, almost all the tools have restrictions for a free account.

If you want to spread your brand and show your uniqueness, I suggest using the paid version.

It also enhances the quality of the brand easily.

Unpopular opinion:
If you are in Affiliate marketing, use SendX or EmailOctopus.

I doubt mailchimp provides autoresponder with its free plan. You can only capture emails, but it doesn’t provide autoresponder.

Sendinblue let you send 500 emails/day for free before they didn't show their logo on the emails, don't know about it now, but if you are into this in long term, I suggest getting a free trial from GetResponse.

I'm not into sending emails yet, I just want to start collecting them.

Capturing emails is what I'm looking for for now.

I just want to capture emails first and later on when I have a decent amount of them start sending promotions.

Aweber has a great free starter package.

I've used Aweber for several years, and it's great for sending scheduled automated emails.

This comes in handy for guiding list members along your sales funnel.

Their free package accommodates up to 500 subscribers.

Their forms are also easy to work with.

You can easily hire somebody on Fiverr to customize the code the Aweber gives you to provide professional tier email capture pages or freebie squeeze pages.
