I doubt mailchimp provides autoresponder with its free plan. You can only capture emails, but it doesn’t provide autoresponder.I think Mailchimp will fulfill your requirements.
It's free. But the logo of the tool will not be removed from every email you are going to send.
Not only this, almost all the tools have restrictions for a free account.
If you want to spread your brand and show your uniqueness, I suggest using the paid version.
It also enhances the quality of the brand easily.
