Not that I know of. If you know the name of the file you can delete it by using a FTP.

Wordfence seems to be pretty good at making sure everything is up to date and preventing malware in the first place.

A good suggestion I saw offered for an infected site was to use an ftp client to download everything to your PC and then use a local file scanner to clean it up ... the downside here is you might give the hackers direct access to your home pc as well.

Unfortunately I dont think a quick and easy scan and fix solution exist but please update if you find something as that would be very useful to a lot of people
