Any Facebook Ninjas out there?

Hey guys,

I'm fairly new to BHW and I've really liked some of the ideas and experience being spread through these forums. I'm starting to do some Affiliate Marketing for a friend's company. He has a great looking site but little interaction with customers. I've built a Twitter and Facebook for his product and am trying to bring some traffic to his site. I understand content is key but what would YOU do in order to promote the page? Sponsored posts vs. Sponsored page? How would you start to get traffic to Facebook? I'm open to any and all tactics here.

For social media accounts, it is very important that you target your market. While paid/sponsored ads is great, you need to emphasize on how to drive real, interested people to your account (like FB page or Twitter).

That said, you will need to post content at least a couple of times daily. Then you also need to interact with people or your FB likers. You need to like or comment on their posts as well. In short, you need to become reall active in Facebook. The same applies to your Twitter account.

It is also better if you join related groups or Facebook page. This way you are increasing your visibility and therefore also attracting possible likers.
