Any email outreach experts here?

So, recently, i've been facing a lot email issues for one of clients and i don't even know where to begin. The main problem is,
"My emails are landing in spam"|
I've tried buying new domains but the same thing happens. I've google enterprise emails, then also nothing different. Been using email warm-up tools as well but not seeing any improvement.

Any advise will be really helpful.

Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC correctly, avoid spammy words, clean your list regularly, and check sender reputation. Use warm-up tools consistently and test emails with tools like Mail-Tester or GlockApps.

done all that already and have done it for all the emails. still facing issues

No error as such in MX Toolbox as well. Just some warnings. Also, the content is only ~15% similar for each email.

Google those issues, fix them, and then start sending custom emails to your personal gmails. If they go into the spam, then move it to the main inbox and rinse and repeat, and see if that helps. You're going to need to check this amongst multiple providers and also check if your sending is coming from a blacklisted IP.

Definitely sounds like a deliverability issue Try checking your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records missing or misconfigured ones are a common spam trigger. Also, avoid spammy words + links.

Verify the email first, if it is deliverable then proceed it otherwise leave it.

your emails are landing in spam because you're probably doing something fundamentally wrong, not because of domains or warmup tools...

first check the basics that everyone ignores. run your email through mail-tester.com and see what score you get. if it's below 8/10 you've got technical issues. make sure spf, dkim, and dmarc are properly configured. check your ip reputation on mxtoolbox and sender score. if you're on shared ip that's been burned, game over.

but technical stuff is usually not the real problem. look at your actual emails. are you using spam trigger words like free, guarantee, act now? is your html to text ratio garbage? are you including tons of links or attachments? even one tracking pixel can tank deliverability these days.

the biggest issue is probably your sending behavior though. warming up means nothing if you immediately blast hundreds of emails. start with 10-20 per day per mailbox, slowly increase over weeks not days. mix in regular email activity like replying to real emails and subscribing to newsletters.

also what's your bounce rate and spam complaint rate? if you're hitting invalid emails or people are marking you as spam, new domains won't save you. you need clean lists and emails people actually want to receive. if your client's offer sucks or target audience is wrong, best infrastructure in the world won't help.
