Any Creative Commons channel for orientation?

Well, I'm starting on this area and motivated to earn some cash with YouTube!

The best way I found is to reupload CC material, can someone provide me a channel for see how they do? of course I don't want to copy them, need it for a little orientation how others manage it!

Also I'm some lost with the manual from SillyWalks, he say to make 2 account of youtube, one with adsense, the other with CPA and PPI or/and clickbank offers. But which videos I must upload, the same video for the 2 accounts? Or different videos for each account?
