The content he delivered to you is copied from another website. Usually, so-called writers who work for cheap rates and over-promise things tend to do this, so if you are hiring cheap writers, I would not be surprised with these kinds of things. If you pay the proper rate, it's time to change writer buddy.

To be fair, there are also a lot of honest ones that are looking for a break. Its tough to stand out in a sea full of article writers, so many good and hard working, honest people offer their services at a discount until they build up a reputation or have regular clients.
But you're right, you're more likely to find scammers like that in the bargain bin.

So the good news is I was refunded my funds - but I don't know if Fiverr will ban him or not. Fingers crossed.
This is the guy doing the scam... so be careful and stay away from his scammy gigs.
