Any cheap hosted/managed solution for amazon ses mailing?

Is there any cheap hosted solution that is based on amazon ses?

Not for mass cold mailing, for beginner's list building purpose. Wanted use mailwizz, sendy etc. but requires dedicated server, vps, ips and other extras. Really too expensive for beginners.

Found some lifetime deals, email marketing services but some don't allow affiliate marketing, some have limited contacts or mailing options, some are high monthly fees and have different limitations like in sendfox, inbox and others.

I just want to build email list from scratch by giving away lead magnets. So, it will be a slow growth. I would rather spend money on getting more traffic and leads at the beginning than on expensive setup.

When your using external mailers like SES. You can just host email panel on free hosting try 000webhost , other free hosting they will easily handle.
