Hostripples is good and cheap. I think it costs around $5 to $12 per year which is in your range only.

I find hostinger to be very good. Get a 3 years subscription for maximum savings.

Cheapest I saw there was $17,52 per year, a bit over my budget for this project. But thanks for you´re suggestion.

I understand! You might find some coupon too. But honestly, you won't find any better hosting with 24/7 support and great uptime below $20 a year I think. I am no way affiliated with them, just had some great time when I bought it for a client in the past.

Haha, you do not need to be rich to be an Jr. Executive VIP here on this forum. Anyway the budget for this project is set at $5-$10 per year for hosting.

I also have a free tier account and it is running fine for over a year now but I would recommend you to set up an auto-backup plugin to a different server or other cloud services like Google Drive. I have heard a few people getting their account terminated for no clear reason. Also, don't use a VCC while signing up.
