Any alternative to OGADS "mobile-rewards" option?

I'm using ogads mobile rewards options - when the user complete offer he getting points and with this points I reward him.
The thing is I'm getting requests for rewards without accually getting convertions on ogads.
I contacted them and gave them sphesific user that claim rewards that I didn't got paid for this amount of rewards he claimed.
they said that the offer he completed was fraud so they didn't converted on my ogads account. the thing is that if the offers he completed was fraud - why he still got the points to claim his rewards???
buttom line - something fishy or not programmed right with ogads mobile-rewards option.
any alternatives?

Even I am facing similar problems with OGAds. There are days when my conversion is above 20% while there are days when my conversion is below 2%. I don't really understand this. There is no change in either my traffic strategy or niche yet this wide difference. I have read in BHW that people have opted for adsarmy.

I cannot vouch for it but I have read over here only that there conversions are much better. I suggest you do a bit more reading before switching over.
