Any affiliate programs that don't require identity verification? (no pharma pls!)

Hello,
I'd like to know if there are any affiliate programs that don't verify the idenitity of users. For example:
- at the registration phase, it asks for personal details like name, city, address, and so on, but you DON'T have to upload any scan of your documents (identity card, driver license, etc) and, generally speaking, you don't have to proof your identity in any case (the affiliation program usually cares only about traffic and money, expecially if it's located in countries where taxation/identity is not strictly under control like USA/most EU countries)
- uses anonymous payment methods (like Bitcoins) or a traditional bank wire. For example, this affiliate program may ask for my bank account only (IBAN), and nothing else, because that's all it needs to pay

I actually found many legit programs that work that way, but only pharma related (you know, disfunctions, weight loss and all that kind of stuff we all know about), but I couldn't find any other "area" that has programs like the one I described before.
Can you help me?
Is there an online comparator that could help me find this kind of programs?

Thanks mickyfu. I knew I had to rephrase my question: regarding the programs you are using right know, could you hypothetically create a new account with 100% fake information, but giving a working IBAN number that's not registered under your name?
I'm looking for programs where this could happen and would be TOTALLY tolerated!

I am not too sure. I work in gambling. Most of my affiliate programs will pay through Neteller / Skrill / Bank Transfer. I could not quite answer your question, but several companies I work for pay in my name, but into my Girlfriends bank account / Neteller account.

Interest. Always for international wire transfer I did provide swift, iban, account number, bank country, sity..and name account owner..
Maybe programs with paypal payouts is good for you? From real data you provide paypal account only.
