I know what Google wants about a website to get in GD but, any black hat methods to get in?
Any advice to get in Google Discover?

Simply put, Google Discover is your own personalized and curated feed of content from the web. If you're always looking for something interesting to read or watch, it can be a great tool to use. And the key is to help it get better over time.

That's not what he was asking.
He knows what Google Discover is.
He wants a blackhat method to get his website distributed via the Google Discover platform.

One method that used to work for me and my new sites was to link articles of my new website that I want to be on discover on my existing site that's on Google discover.. This would sort of pass over the juice to the new site.. Worked a couple of times for me.. But i guess the catch is you have to have a site that's already on Google discover or maybe get a friend with a site on discover to help

There are some Google standards such as size of images etc but for me at least it appears to be pretty random. I have a number of sites in Google news (new version). They get indexed in seconds but have still only appeared on Google discover a couple of times. The traffic is fleeting and as I say a bit random.

Reddit.
I did some work with Reddit a while back and saw a really obvious pattern between getting a post blowing up with Reddit traffic and the flood of Discovery traffic that came right afterwards.
Whether Google monitors what’s popular on Reddit (possible) or it was just responding to the flood of traffic they saw going through Chrome I couldn’t tell you but I saw this in multiple niches.

Content deliver in Discover is really related to "engagement". So if you have a strong community behind the website that can react, share, engage with your post quickly, it should REALLY help your content to be in discover.

For me, It always works with a NICE catch image and a title that can pull more click.. CTR matters
