Why don't you get your own adult PBN created instead of individual links.If you are paying big bucks, you can get some good domains, host them and create PBNs instead. You would have more control of your links in that way. A lot of the adult webmasters I had sold PBNs to in the past had used 2-3 links from a single PBN blog to multiple adult money sites. So, the cost of the link decreases even further in a way. And all those are homepage and contextual links.
