Hey everyone, hope your well.

Sometimes and ive not noticed this before i get really anxious before doing something. Even if its meeting a friend for a coffee, going out cycling. I feel like everyone will be judging me and taking the mick out of me.

How can i overcome these spells, as i feel i would go travelling and do more if i didn't have this. I am not sure why i have this i guess its just my personality, as i have never had any bad experiences.

Any help you can give, i would be very thankful for. Many thanks.

The best you can do is exercise, eat meals on time don't stay hungry, stay hydrated,meditate in the morning and before you sleep, try to avoid alcohol and nicotine if you smoke and don't overthink just go with the flow
 
From my personal experience this feeling of anxiety often comes from overthinking stuff to much.

Even though I am not shy when talking to anyone this overthinking concludes to me not going out much and not seeing any of my 'friends' for weeks, except from one or two friends.

Try to be with people you are happy with and dont spend much time with those who make you feel unhappy. This helped me alot
 
Ashwagandha ... Google that and give it a go. It has helped me massively with my anxiety.
 
Go and see a counsellor.

I know this might seem difficult, but honestly, it may help. Hopefully you'll discover why you get like this, and what you can do to overcome it.

Otherwise, the usual stuff. Exercise, eating well, going for walks, meditating, etc.
 
If you have a good relationship to your family talk with them about your problems and ask them for advice aswell
 
Understand no one cares what you're doing. Everyone is in their own world,

If you have trouble with this. You can start a 30 day fear challenge. Each day do 1 small thing that makes you scared, anxious uncomfortable. Start with something small end with something big. If you fail. Try again the next day. But after each successful day increase the intensity of the task. It will change you. The best way to overcome fears is to face them.
 
1) read anxiety guides
2) download apps like sanvello and mindshift
3) breath and and focus more on your breath

It won’t happen over night but you have taken a right step, you’ll conquer it.

If all fails before every important meet take anti vomit pills those are relatively safe, and will help you
 
Depends, did you have it the whole life ? or it emerged not long ago ?
It is always about bad experiences. You need to visit psychotherapist
 
I have extremely bad anxiety whenever I leave my house. Some things I've tried is exercising and meditating as well as taking hemp oil, ashwagandha and l-theanine. Nothing really cures it, but I suppose its better than it used to be now.
 
Healthy diet and exercise if possible. The diet part especially. Incremental steps. Medication can be very helpful as well. Your doctor would be understanding of this, mine certainly was.
 
You can try ashwagandha , kanna , kavva kavva .. These are good and they are plants not chemicals..
 
Go see a professional, even though you might think you never had bad experiences as this is not something you often remember or think might cause it. The subconscious can take over without you even knowing it.
 
Dive right into what you're doing, do exactly what you fear immediately.

Try meditating about it.
 
staying away from alcohol, exercising and taking magnesium everynight and every morning super helped mine.

I take magnesium in the afternoon to wind down. Definitely works for me

Valerian root and St John's wort is a good combo for anxiety/depression (better than prescription anti-depressants meds) from my experience

But only use the combo for a month or two
 
bro i lived with anxiety 5 years of my life and the only thing that helped me is alrpozalam AKA Xanax

I tried sport,diet,socialization nothing worked i think is something bad in our brai... chemistry and that shit neurotrasmisors
