Another Penguin "Make Money Online" Failure

I was analyzing some websites on the front page for "make money online" and decided to jump on page two and see this piece of work.

I couldn't help but notice the amount of times the keywords were repeating.

is it fair to assume penguin is still updating itself and it might take another several days to even perhaps several weeks for the bugs to work themselves out? I just realized that on my free wordpress blog two of my articles are still ranking decently and have not really been impacted much by penguin. In both cases i had used an article submission blast with spun content being submitted to spammy directory sites and no penalty, at least for now.

Yeah i am impressed they started to evaluate content that way.It will be many examples of its mistakes till everything is back on right place with new factor added. I guess we are talking about 10-20 mounts.
