Another newbie question about backlinks indexing.

I have got another question about backlinks indexing. What is the best source to check my backlinks?
Search console shows 318 external links (no change after I bought links);
Ubersuggest shows 82 backlinks;
Ahrefs shows 424 external links;

I bought 3 packages of links from one seller on the forum.
It's about a month after the first part of the links was delivered, but I don't see any change in the numbers above.
Moreover, my google positions didn't really change (they are fluctuating as they were 2 months before);
The seller told me that they use some websites to ensure that the links will be indexed faster.
How much can it take to see results, links indexed, and found by the search console?
Or maybe ubersuggest or ahrefs is better than the search console?

Ranking movements depends on what type of links you brought. There are lot of other factors.
Indexing - Once the links are done. Make sure the seller index them.

There are lot of premium indexers online.
I use One Hour indexing - I dont feel much differences with that.

So we run Tier 2 links to get the links indexed.
But to be transparent nowadays, it take good time to get the links indexed.

Thanks for the answer. What about search console vs ubersuggest vs ahrefs?
Also, what do you mean by "good time to get the links indexed"? Looks like google indexed the articles and so on already, as I receive daily notifications from google alerts and brand24 about them - however, the links are not counted in the tools I mentioned.

Nowadays, it takes time to get the links indexed.

Each backlinks scrapers uses different index servers I guess. So why they are resulting different results. I meant not exact results.
I believe in Ahrefs and Search console.

There is lots of differences between semrush, ahref and majestic, even the search console doesn't always shoes up all the links that you have. Try to check if the domain are not blocked for crawlers as well, this might explain why you can't see them as well
