Annoying permalinks issue

In google search results my site shows up like this http://sitename.com>category , I want to change it to http:sitename.com/my-post-name .. how to do that, I'm using schema theme and this annoys me as hell, I've changed permalinks to site.com/sample-post/ , and still nothing changes..
By the way everything is fine with pages, this issue is only with posts.

Do you have breadcrumb schema enabled? Or is there a plugin that is automatically setting that up for you? That's usually what causes that. Figure out how to disable breadcrumb schema in your theme and it should stop doing that.
