Where are these big anime sites getting their ads from?
Tried to find the networks for some offers but failed. And the ones I found are always region locked which is just stupid for a simple approach.

Maybe you could try cpmstar and there's another one that i don't know the name... I've seen a while ago browsing some anime sites...

Most of the sites are using cpmstar and bebi.

But you can try nearly every ad network. Anime sites are not such "dangerous" like movie and series sites.
