Hi guys, there is a lot of angela backlinks shared on the net and I am asking if they are really powerfull? She claims that they are PR6 even tho the actual PR of the page where my link is placed isnt PR6 but still, does it count ? Thanks

They are no longer the site ranker they once were but they are effective as a "camouflage SEO" kind of backlink. At one time they were the bomb but so was the Hula Hoop.
 
The PR 6 doesn't mean it is PR 6 atm. Check other stats also such as TF/CF and DA/PA.
 
The domain is PR 6, your link is on a PR N/A and will likely stay that way. Go to Fiverr and pay someone $5 and you won't have to do them manually. Better idea is to put that money back in your pocket and start testing to see what types of links are effective right now. Angela and Paul's backlinks were mainly forums or free registration sites. There are a lot of different types of software that will automate the process.
 
Never heard about this service before :/ do anyone have used it?
 
I heard Angela links have a new name, they are called "Number 1 Products and Services".
