Anchor Text Ratio Effect On Internal Linking

I also use exact match (primary keyword) anchors.
If there is a secondary keyword with similar volume I mix them up.

Anchor text is good like Exact-match, Partial-match, Branded, Naked link and Generic

I definitely do.

From my experience, you can be much more aggressive with internal ones but you can still over-optimize.

Most natural anchor types for internal links are:
EMA (exact match anchor)
<title>
random related phrases usually partial match of phrase match
misc like: here, we wrote about it
