Hey guys, I've been lurking for a while and cant seem to find the answers to questions

If I run a proxy server, connect my fresh phone and start creating IG/Tiktok accounts do I need to reconnect to the same proxy to not get flagged each time I want to post on the accounts?

Do I need to run a proxxy & vpn at the same time?

Is there a website or app that gives me a quick email + password to sign up on these sites for me?

My goal is to run 3 IG & 3 Tiktok accounts based in US with the proxy.

Use the same proxy for each account, a proxy alone is generally sufficient, and services like 10MinuteMail can provide quick emails but risk account issues.

Appreciate the response. Would these steps be adequate for instagram posting on 3-4 accounts

1. Connect proxy
2. Open Dolpihn
3. Multilogin
4. Open first account
5. Post whateverr I need to for that IP
6. EXIT EVERYTHING LOAD NEW PROFILE
7. CHANGE PROXY IP
8. REPEAT
