Hey guys, I'm not sure of one thing and so I need your advice. I believe this is the right section to post in.

I've seen this thread:

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/make-money-from-amazon-affiliates-with-an-ecommerce-twist.717709/

and I want to approach this method too. I have an unique idea on eCommerce which I want to test first before going big and there is no other way for me to do it without earning through it.

My question is: can an eCommerce website pass amazon ToS?

1. I am not allowed to show product real prices (from amazon) on my website?
2. If there is a pricing API, it is working properly? I've read from others that they get banned after trying to use plugins that update the prices of a product from amazon.
3. I can add as many products as I want?
4. Do I need a big "description" or the same as the product has on amazon?
5. I intend to promote this website on Facebook, is that allowed too? Since google would penalize me for thin content.

Thank you for your time and sorry if I fail at english. I am not that good.

Bump? Please I do need some insight here.

1. No idea where you got that from although I have to admit I haven't read the tos :D One of my sites shows the prices and never had any conflict with amazon. That being said there are disadvantages showing the price: a. they tend to change without notice so you have to check it time to time to have accurate prices on your site b. your ctr is statistically better if you don't tell the price immediately just tell them to "check the price on amazon" or something like that. People's curiosity is in your favor.
2. No info on that
3. As many as you want, only the tracking ids are limited. (100 maybe I don't remember)
4. It's not a must, but you should. If you want to bring in some organic traffic, then you need SEO in which case the bigger and more detailed description - or review - you have, the better your ranking will be (though there are a thousand other factors)
5. Of course it's allowed. Any social media.

Greetings from your neighbour country :)

if you are using woocommerce and prosciate plugin, have a disclaimer in the footer or at least visible at all times then you should be ok.
I use the above mentioned plugin as it uses Cron to check the prices and updates automatically.
You can have 1,000's of products, i built a niche store with 10,000 products
Better to have a unique description, prosciate allows you to do that also
You can promote your site anywhere that's legit, people will only click on the description if they are interested, so as Amazon isn't CPM it's ok.
