Amazon Success - $300 Day Yesterday

And I agree with the above poster - Amazon is work - you have to learn all the basics and then discover what makes your sites sell "secret sauce"

and then work on your empire. Trial / Error / Analysis / Customization / Tweaking are all part of it -- without it your just not going to make it longer term.

Once you got the cashflow - then the sky is the limit.

danny what social bots are giving you the most traffic? and are reliable? as I see kojak has a lot of problems

Well Kojak's bots are just full of bugs and unreliable ... so I own Ubot - and made my own point bot -- so I suggest you look at something like that.

I don't want to give mine away because doing so would just lead to them doing a patch and then I would have to start over. Mine is not fast it makes 100-200 points an hour on autopilot -- the only problem is their site tends to slow down - and you have to restart it once or twice a day...... But I don't want to say much more on this -- look at UBot and see how you go... making your own.

As far as comparing my thread to other Amazon Threads and Ideas on BHW - I have read most of them and most of the Amazon Services available.

What I will say is this -- with those ideas your getting something basic that is not quite at the level I am trying to provide to my web visitors. So if you want to spend a little more time and effort and make something that can rank for the longer term - then this thread is for you.

If you want to just make a standard type site - and do it the easier way with less effort - then other Amazon Methods or strategies maybe better for you. I think my way is more profitable but like I said - there's 100 ways to do this -- so you have to make a choice.

As far as buying Magento stores - I thought that they would provide me with diversity and help make a more stable income profile -- but as I have said a few times - for me it's been a waste of time and money -- they just don't rank very well.

Hope those comments answer your questions .. cheers.

Danny,

This is a really cool thread and a nice contribution to BHW. I am getting into the affiliate side of marketing, but really the same concept as what you are doing with amazon just with peerfly etc. I also plan on bidding on PPC and using social traffic also. But, my question for you is how much time to do you spend developing each one of these sites? How much do your higher earning sites make individually?

If I outsource all the writing and have it ready to go - I can get everything done in 40 minutes to an hour

but if your building your first site - then I'm sure it would take you alot longer .. and if you do the writing yourself - making your first site might take 2 days.

I sell a tonne of a certain type of product that I don't want to name - because I found a niche where I can be successful -- most of those products are $100-$1000 and even up to $1500 -- so I have 4-5 sites set up for various parts of it .... then I have another niche that either sells $1200+ products or $30 accessories LOL -- so those two niches and their group of 8-10 sites make the most money -- but it is up and down during the year... like anything else.

really don't want to get into a this vs that type discussion -- because like I said a few posts above - I guarantee nothing when it comes to this - because it takes work to be successful .. and alot of people will take short cuts and they won't get the same results..... you will have to test your sites and see what they can do.

cheers

After a PM I received today : Anyone who PM's me asking to see my sites will no longer receive an answer.

I am not a personal servant who has to do everything people ask : everything is in the thread if you bother to look.

thanks.

I'm not sure if this was written in reference to the question about the difference between you and me but I don't do Magento stores, never have, and never will.

I do loads of unique content on a simple wordpress site. It sounds like you and I structure our sites a little differently but our methods are not worlds apart.

Yeah, reading Lbrown thread and Yours, your part is almost same. Both of you have long term goals. (unique contents, wordpress cms, emd, etc) and danny1111 thanks for this thread, i have refer more than 5 people to it, and for those who don't have time to build their site, i refer to Lbrown Amazon thread.Am building two amazon sites now (although i don't know if the keyword is profitable) just going to see how much it makes after two months.

LBrown - no Magento was in reference to a mistake I made in getting involved in them as I get alot of questions about it.

Looking at the product your providing that is more of a standard site - that is the same you would buy on WF or BHW - I suggest to people to do more work on them and to look for a slightly higher user experience - in my view better for longer term income -- but there are many ways to approach it so its not a one size fits all approach -- and different people are looking for different things... obviously some couldn't be bothered to even build a site.

I think your earnings claims for the sites your building is somewhat overstated $500 a month per site seems pretty unrealistic ... there are just so many variables that go into the selection - and not every site built is successful ... anyway if I had a Sales Thread I would probably have to say its possible too .. that's just part of selling something.

Cheers

You mentioned you used ultimate demon on different parts of your site. Out of curiosity, what is the average cost to get spun content made for all the link types, and overall cost for SEO per site?

Thanks!!

LOL ... I own a Boutique Seo Company... every single thing used/purchased has already been expensed against client projects -- the only costs really incurred to me are captchas/domains/content and time ... whatever revenue the sites make .... goes into my pocket. (the magento stuff came straight out of my pocket though ... sigh.)

If you read the thread at one time I did everything by hand myself - until I started to make money online myself..... so it's not possible to compare my costs to what you would incur if you outsource everything... starting today as Day 1.

In the thread I also suggest everyone who buys software and gains knowledge looks for clients to offset any costs they incur... whether that starts at Fiverr / Craigslist and moves further onto Businesses.

Probably not the answer you wanted -- but its the answer I got.

Cheers.

(A good example is Twitter - our TA licences went Kaput like everyone elses - I bought 1 licence of TMB for $37 - turn around to a client who loves Twitter and say we will do basic Twitter stuff for $200 a month -- he is happy / we are happy and I can get some extra cash from this project as well.)

Sorry but you're saying that I'm lying to make sales so I'm not going to let that slide.

Making money with SEO is a numbers game. The more keywords you rank for, the more money you make. You should know that by now.

The $300-$500 estimate was for the authority sites which target 20 keywords, 10 with 590-880 searches and 10 with 1000-1900 searches (all numbers are exact US local searches).

In my experience you'll make a minimum of $20 for each keyword with 1000 searches. Some keywords for these authority sites have 1900, 1600, 1300, but let's just got with 1000 even so we have round numbers.

10 keywords with 1000 searches = $200 per month.

Likewise, 500 searches will get about $10 per month. Sure, the keywords will have 590, 720 and 880 searches but 500 gets us a more even number.

10 keywords with 500 searches = $100 per month.

So if I only made sites with 500 and 1000 searches keywords you'd be looking at a minimum of $300 per month. Add in the higher search volumes and long tail keywords and $500 is a closer estimate. Keep in mind, this is after the SEO work is done.

The only variable is whether or not people do the off site SEO. If you see a flaw in my math let me know.

"Sorry but you're saying that I'm lying to make sales so I'm not going to let that slide."

Ok - you are lying

show any proof that any single one of the sites you have made that sell for $50 has made $500 in one month let alone for 12 months

I don't care for guesses - or estimates.

I doubt you can even come close.... in fact if you have built 50 sites - I'd say the average for those 50 would be $50-$90 a month.

I'll put $500 in escrow now that says of all the sites you have sold in your thread the average revenue per site is less than $250 a month

since you are standing by your $500 a month claim..... just get any mod to arrange it and I'll do it now.

thanks

The ones I sell for $46 will make between $20 and $30 per month after SEO which is what I've always said about them. I sell two different types of sites.

Usually if I'm asked a question and I don't know the answer I say, "I don't know," instead of accusing others of being liars and making unnecessary enemies. I suggest if other people ask you about me you simple say "I don't know" instead of making up baseless attacks.

I have no need to "show proof." I'm not interested in putting my Amazon account under scrutiny.

It's simple - I won't say another word about it ...

I don't care for BS / Estimates / Guesses

I have a standing offer - her $500 against my $500 -- that of all the sites she has sold in her BST Thread
that the average income per site is less than $250 per site per month

She wants to mislead people that's on her ... She wants to come into my thread and start something with me
then put your money where your mouth is.

Thanks

Geez ... that's the whole point .. I don't give a crap about your account ...

... you come into my thread accusing me of something -- then you say people who buy your $46 sites can make $500 a month

telling me I don't know what I'm talking about ---- I put up a simple $500 -- now you back down and say well they really are only going to make
$20-$30 a month.

The question now becomes why are you even in my thread - and you owe me an apology.
